1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Screen By AI, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we provide. We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Service Description

Screen By AI offers an AI-driven platform to automate candidate screening and conduct video interviews. Features include CV shortlisting, tailored interview questions, real-time analysis, and reporting. We provide free trial credits (e.g., 50 interviews) and paid subscription plans as outlined during signup.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must register to use the Service, providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Sharing credentials or using the Service for unauthorized purposes is prohibited.

4. Free Trial and Credits

Free credits (e.g., 250 video interviews) are offered for a limited time (e.g., 10 days) upon booking a demo, subject to availability.

Credits expire as specified and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and limited to one per company unless otherwise stated.

Misuse (e.g., creating multiple accounts) may result in credit revocation.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on the selected tier. Pricing is available at signup.

Payments are processed via secure methods, and fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Late payments may suspend Service access until cleared.

6. Use of Service

You may use the Service for legitimate hiring purposes only.

Do not upload illegal, offensive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove such data.

The Service is provided "as is," and you must comply with all applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

Screen By AI and its content (e.g., AI algorithms, interface) are the property of Synesis Ventures Private Limited, protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reverse-engineer or distribute our technology.

8. Limitations of Liability

We strive for accuracy but are not liable for errors, interruptions, or candidate assessment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months, except in cases of gross negligence.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' notice, but no refunds apply to unused credits or fees.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We collect usage data to improve the Service but do not sell personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
